All audio recordings, texts, images and video in the Public Record archive are available for download according to the Creative Commons terms of use. When users download material from Public Record each person enters into an agreement with the Ultra-red organization to abide by these terms. Legally binding, these terms of use signify a contract between the specific author(s) of a work and their public, hence all rights are reserved.

According to the Creative Commons terms of use, by downloading materials from Public Record you are free:

  • to copy, distribute, display, and perform the work,
  • to make derivative works,
Under the following conditions:

Attribution. You must give the original author credit.
Noncommercial. You may not use this work for commercial purposes.
